    Market Context

    The demand is real.
    Generic training isn't enough.

AI Engineer job postings grew 743% from 2023–25. Roles requiring 2+ AI skills pay 43% more. The gap isn't access to information — it's depth, specificity, and proof of competence.

The engineer writing the code needs different training than the consultant deploying it with a client, or the manager approving the budget. We built a program for each. All three are free to read — no signup required.

    Technical Track

    Agentic Engineering

Start with how Claude Code actually works, then build up — skills, hooks, subagents, production security, and the business model for practitioners. 56 chapters, eight parts, each one building on the last.

    Forward Deployed Engineer

This is the hardest job in AI right now — showing up at a client site, figuring out what to build, and getting it into production without blowing up the relationship. 39 chapters for engineers doing exactly that.

    Agentic Management

Your engineers are talking about agents and orchestration. You need to know what that means, what it costs, what can go wrong, and how to lead the rollout. That's what this program teaches.

    Graduate Certificates

Go deeper with a structured program.

The free guides teach the discipline. The Graduate Certificate programs add structure, assessment, and a credential that reflects a higher standard of study — multi-course, project-based, and designed for practitioners who want to go on record.

    Why It Exists

    The technology moved fast.
    The education didn't.

    There was no real curriculum

When we started building this, the best available resources were blog posts, YouTube videos, and tool documentation. Good for getting started — not useful for going deep. We wrote the program we wished existed.

    Enterprise was an afterthought

Most AI content was written for hobbyists. That's fine for a weekend project — not fine when you're responsible for a system that touches customer data, has approval workflows, and needs an audit trail. We wrote this with those constraints in the picture from the start.

There was nothing to show for it

A LinkedIn post saying "I've been experimenting with AI agents" doesn't help you get hired or justify a budget. The CAE, CFDE, and CAMP give you something concrete — a verified record that you passed a hard exam and completed a practical capstone. Employers can look it up.

Three complete programs — each organized as a learning system, not a blogroll. Pick the track that matches where you are.

    AI Tutor

A tutor that actually knows the material.

Most AI assistants give you generic answers pulled from the internet. This one is built on the curriculum — so when you ask about permission escalation, it answers from the chapter that covers it, not from a hallucinated summary. It's a tutor, not a search engine. Works across all three programs.

    Explain permission escalation design
How do I scope an FDE engagement?
    What belongs in CLAUDE.md?
How do I build an AI governance framework?
    AI Tutor
How do I auto-approve safe git actions?
You don't want blanket approval — you want scoped permission recipes. The guide walks through exactly which tool scopes are safe to allow, where the escalation boundaries should sit, and how to structure this so it passes an audit.
What's the first thing an FDE does on a new engagement?
Run discovery before you touch architecture. The FDE guide has a full framework for this — stakeholder mapping, translating vague business pain into deployable scope, and spotting the red flags that mean the problem isn't actually solvable with AI.
How do I build the ROI case for an agentic AI initiative?
The CAMP program covers this in depth — time savings, error reduction rates, and capacity multipliers. There's also a full section on how to present this to a board in language that doesn't assume technical background.
    Inside the Academy

    What comes with the Academy.

The curriculum is the foundation. The rest of the Academy exists to make that learning stick — and to keep you current as the tools evolve.

    Video Library

Sometimes you need to see something done before you can do it yourself. The video library walks through the harder patterns in the curriculum — not filler content, but demonstrations of exactly what the chapter describes.

    Community

A space for practitioners, not cheerleaders. Ask questions, share what you're building, and get feedback from engineers doing the same work. The goal is to learn from each other.

    Jobs Board

The roles we surface specifically call for agentic engineering experience — not just 'AI experience.' That distinction matters when you're looking for a team that actually ships with these tools.

    Intelligence Feed

Anthropic moves fast. When something changes that affects the curriculum — a new model, a new API, a change to how permissions work — you'll know which chapters are affected and what to re-read.

    Knowledge Export

Your notes and bookmarks export as clean PDF or Markdown. Useful for onboarding teammates, building a personal reference doc, or keeping a record of what you've actually learned.

    Professional Credentials

Finish with something you can point to.

Each credential requires two things: passing an exam at 80% or higher, and completing a practical capstone that shows you can apply what you learned. We made it hard on purpose — a credential anyone can pass isn't worth putting on a resume.
